MAGICAL MINERAL BROTH EXPERIENCE Expand / Collapse

I classify the Magic Mineral Broth as one of my least favorite foods. The ingredients, indeed, are full of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Consequently, this broth serves as a nourishing part of anyone’s diet. Nonetheless, I care little for broths and primarily vegetable meals (even though I do not consume meat). I did not particularly enjoy shopping for the ingredients, because, honestly, I must express that, my awareness of the ingredients caused me to not look forward to preparing and sampling the broth. Furthermore, I retired my cooking habits quite some time ago, so I failed to positively anticipate the activity of preparing and cooking the broth. Although I enjoy many healthy foods, I do not enjoy each and every food that is healthy and I refuse to consume specific foods as part of my daily diet simply because they are healthy if I do not enjoy those specific foods. Eating is an important part of life, which I believe should be nourishing as well as an enjoyable experience for our individual taste buds.

Dear Patricia S.:
I'm curious to know just what it is you like to eat, as you say you don't like meals made from primarily vegetables, and you say you don't eat meat. You also state that you don't cook anymore. What do you eat that makes you feel happy and well-nourished, and where are you getting fed? What activities do you enjoy that are food-related?
Truly, Patricia B.

Advancing Advancing Advancing Advancing Advancing Advancing
Hi, just a word to encourage you and let you know that there are a lot of people who do not enjoy cooking. The good thing is there are a lot of healthy options available, especially in larger cities. So, you don't have to cook if you don't want to.  You can still learn about good nutrition.   Many people express that they liked the broth and drank it.  I make it with whatever vegetables I have on hand.  If there is one that I don't have, I don't worry about it; I'll add it to the list for my next shopping trip and it will go in the next batch.

I use the broth for soups, rice and beans.  It is healthier than using water and gives a nice hearty flavor and color.  So, if you don't like it, then use it in soups or add or delete vegetables to make it taste better to you.

Hi everyone,

Just a note to say that as for the mineral broth, a great idea for people who cannot tollerate just the taste of the broth alone, I add chicken to it and make it like a chicken broth soup, because my kids do not enjoy just the taste of the vegetables alone so I compensate and make a chicken stock with all the same vegetable ingredients. Just thought I would add that little bit of information.

I'm genuinely curious about Patricia S.'s diet b/c she echos what I hear my clients say...I'm sure there's some insight to be had here - no judgment, just keen to know more about where you're coming from!
